Right of Refusal: Outright Play and the venue management reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with venue rules.
Security Screening: For the safety of all attendees, guests may be subject to security searches, including bag checks and metal detection. Prohibited items (including professional recording equipment, weapons, and illegal substances) will be confiscated.
Age Restrictions:Certain events may have age restrictions (e.g., 18+ or 21+). Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry to such events. No refunds will be issued for failure to provide proof of age.
2. Ticketing and Refunds
Final Sale: All ticket purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted except in the event of a total cancellation of the performance by Outright Play.
Resale: Tickets purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers may be voided. Outright Play is not responsible for fraudulent tickets purchased through unofficial channels.
Program Changes: Artists and set times are subject to change without notice. Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
3. Limitation of Liability
Inherent Risk: The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event, including the danger of personal injury or property loss.
Force Majeure: Outright Play shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is the result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, or earthquake), war, government regulation, strikes, or any other emergency beyond the company's control.
4. Recording, Transmission, and Likeness
Prohibited Recording: The use of professional cameras, video recording devices, or high-definition audio recorders is strictly prohibited unless authorized by Outright Play via a formal Press Pass.
Publicity Release: By attending an Outright Play event, you grant Outright Play and its partners the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness, actions, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display for any purpose, including commercial and promotional use, worldwide and in perpetuity without further authorization or compensation.
5. Health and Safety
Compliance: Attendees must follow all local health and safety guidelines in effect at the time of the event. Failure to comply with safety protocols may result in removal from the venue without a refund.
Noise Exposure: Attendees acknowledge that live entertainment events often involve high volume levels and strobe lighting, which may cause hearing loss or trigger photosensitive reactions.
