Any engagement of our artists, creators, or staff for "Live" performances, "Photography" sessions, "Video" productions, or "Consulting" services is not legally binding until a formal Talent Agreement or Service Contract has been fully executed by all authorized parties. No verbal agreement or email correspondence shall constitute a binding representation commitment.
All content hosted on this domain—including but not limited to audio recordings, musical compositions, visual artwork, photography, trademarks, and the Outright Play logo—is the exclusive property of Outright Play or its licensors.
In accordance with industry standards to avoid potential copyright disputes, Outright Play maintains a strict policy of not accepting or considering unsolicited music, demos, lyrics, or creative concepts. Any such materials sent via our contact forms or social media channels will be deleted unread and unlistened to.
Our Strategy, Consulting, and Academy services provide professional guidance based on industry experience.
